About BossHours
What we do
BossHours is subscription software for home-service contractors such as electricians, plumbers, HVAC and appliance technicians. It puts scheduling, estimates, invoices, customer messages, and an AI phone receptionist that answers calls when you are on a job into one place, so the paperwork stops eating the evening.
Contractors pay a monthly or yearly subscription. Every business keeps its own customers, its own data and its own payments account. We do not hold contractors' customer payments.
Who we are
BossHours is run by BossHours, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We built it alongside working tradespeople, and we answer our own support email.
