How to set simple weekly goals for a small crew
Three or four numbers a small crew can actually watch each week.
- Jobs finished. Count completed jobs, not just started ones.
- Callbacks. Track how many return visits you had and why.
- Invoices sent. Aim to bill within a day of finishing.
- Money collected. Compare what came in with what was billed.
- Review the numbers Friday. Ten minutes, then pick one thing to improve next week.
